OVERVIEW & PILLARS
Set on sun-soaked island of Mallorca, a new kind of retreat emerges — designed for those looking to pause, reset, and reconnect, not by escaping life. Rooted in longevity science, it blends ancient rituals with biohacking practices over 4 immersive days:
- sunrise breathwork and meditation align your circadian rhythm through natural red light exposure;
- cold immersion and guided cryotherapy help you build resilience;
- movement sessions, hiking, and restorative practices foster deep regulation;
- a mediterranean anti-inflammatory diet nourishes both joy and long-term health
This is recalibration — of rhythm, resilience, and self.
From hiking along coastal cliffs to breathwork and SUP at sunrise, every movement is intentional. We move to activate the body, energize the mind, build resilience, and support long-term vitality.
Recovery is where transformation begins. We’ll harness the power of breath and cold exposure, while also inviting deep restoration — better sleep and the emotional safety to truly let go.
Rooted in the Mediterranean diet — one of the most studied for healthy aging — our meals are anti-inflammatory, nutrient-rich, and designed to fuel joy, energy, and performance.
Presence is the foundation of inner clarity. From guided meditation and breathwork to silent reflection and mindful connection, we cultivate a deeper awareness of self.
TECH & DATA
We use technology to decode how the body responds to modern life — combining real-time tracking with targeted diagnostics. The WHOOP band reflects your sleep, stress, and recovery, while baseline tests for glucose, cortisol, and inflammation reveal your internal state.
This isn’t just about rest — it’s informed repair. You’ll leave with clarity on what your body’s been trying to tell you.
THE SCHEDULE
The program is designed as a progressive journey —from disconnection to integration. We start by slowing down and grounding the body and mind, then move into gentle stimulation and physiological reprogramming, and finally close with reflection and integration. Each day activates our pillars in a purposeful rhythm that supports real transformation.

PROPERTY AND ACCOMODATIONS
Tucked away in a quiet valley in the southwest of Mallorca, this 17th-century estate is surrounded by terraced hills, fruit trees, and the stillness of the Tramuntana mountains. Carefully restored, it blends Mediterranean character with a relaxed, understated aesthetic: whitewashed walls, exposed beams, natural textures, and soft light throughout.
The grounds open onto peaceful patios, shaded lounging areas, and a calm pool framed by greenery. Whether you’re having a quiet drink outdoors or resting under the trees, everything here is designed to help you breathe, and reset.
Here, time slows down — and so do you.
