OVERVIEW & PILLARS

Set on sun-soaked island of Mallorca, a new kind of retreat emerges — designed for those looking to pause, reset, and reconnect, not by escaping life. Rooted in longevity science, it blends ancient rituals with biohacking practices over 4 immersive days:

- sunrise breathwork and meditation align your circadian rhythm through natural red light exposure;
- cold immersion and guided cryotherapy help you build resilience;
- movement sessions, hiking, and restorative practices foster deep regulation;
- a mediterranean anti-inflammatory diet nourishes both joy and long-term health

This is recalibration — of rhythm, resilience, and self.

Movement - The Slow Retreat: longevity in the mediterranean
MOVEMENT

From hiking along coastal cliffs to breathwork and SUP at sunrise, every movement is intentional. We move to activate the body, energize the mind, build resilience, and support long-term vitality.

Recovery - The Slow Retreat: longevity in the mediterranean
RECOVERY

Recovery is where transformation begins. We’ll harness the power of breath and cold exposure, while also inviting deep restoration — better sleep and the emotional safety to truly let go.

Nutrition - The Slow Retreat: longevity in the mediterranean
NUTRITION

Rooted in the Mediterranean diet — one of the most studied for healthy aging — our meals are anti-inflammatory, nutrient-rich, and designed to fuel joy, energy, and performance.

Presence - The Slow Retreat: longevity in the mediterranean
PRESENCE

Presence is the foundation of inner clarity. From guided meditation and breathwork to silent reflection and mindful connection, we cultivate a deeper awareness of self.

TECH & DATA

We use technology to decode how the body responds to modern life — combining real-time tracking with targeted diagnostics. The WHOOP band reflects your sleep, stress, and recovery, while baseline tests for glucose, cortisol, and inflammation reveal your internal state.

This isn’t just about rest — it’s informed repair. You’ll leave with clarity on what your body’s been trying to tell you.

Whoop band

Each guest will be equipped with a WHOOP band to monitor sleep, strain, and recovery in real time — offering continuous insight into how your body responds throughout the retreat. A tool to bring clarity now, and long after.

Biomarkers testing

We’ll measure key biomarkers — cortisol, inflammation, and glucose — through on-site diagnostics, offering a clear window into your internal state.

WHAT TO KNOW

Arrival & departure

Guests should arrive at the retreat property by mid-afternoon on September 17, 2025, to allow time to settle in before our opening keynote and welcome ritual. The program concludes around 3:30 p.m. on September 20, after lunch and a closing session.

Detailed travel instructions will be shared after booking.

What should I bring?

Keep it light and intentional:
- Breathable clothing for warm days and cooler evenings
- Comfortable shoes for hiking and movement
- A swimsuit, journal, and any personal supplements
- Curiosity, openness, and your nervous system — just as it is

Can I come alone?

Absolutely! Most guests attend solo. We’ve intentionally curated a retreat environment that fosters meaningful connection while honoring individual space. You’ll be paired with a same-gender roommate unless otherwise requested.

What’s the food like?

You’ll enjoy a fully curated, vegetarian anti-inflammatory menu rooted in Mediterranean principles. Meals are designed to stabilize blood sugar, support longevity, and celebrate the pleasure of eating well. Please let us know any allergies or dietary needs in advance — we’ll accommodate them with care.

Room setup & privacy options

All rooms are shared between two guests. If you’re attending with a friend or partner, we’ll be happy to pair you together. Private rooms are available in limited quantity — please get in touch early if that’s your preference.

Who is this retreat for?

The Slow Retreat is designed for people navigating fast-paced, high-pressure lives — founders, creatives, seekers — who want to learn, reset, and reconnect with themselves. Whether you’re new to biohacking or already tracking your health, this space is for you if you value clarity, depth, and data-backed wellbeing.

What’s the cancellation policy?

Due to the small group nature of the retreat, all reservations are non-refundable. However, your spot is transferable if you’re unable to attend.

Are private treatments available?

Yes. In addition to group programming, guests will have the option to access private treatments at the Rafa Nadal Academy (not included in the retreat price). A menu of services will be available prior to arrival.

How do the payments work?

To reserve your spot, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% will be due on August 15. We’ll reach out to you directly with a reminder and a secure payment link closer to the date.

Subject: Request for support – Wellbeing & Performance Retreat

Hi [Manager’s Name],I’d love to ask if our team’s professional development or wellbeing budget might cover a program I’m looking to join this September. It’s a 4-day retreat in Mallorca (Sep 17–20) specifically designed for professionals who operate in high-demand environments and want to improve performance through better recovery, focus, and nervous system regulation.

The experience includes science-backed tools like a WHOOP band for sleep and stress tracking (which I’ll keep), baseline health testing (glucose, cortisol, inflammation), and workshops on cognitive resilience, energy management, and burnout prevention. It’s not a vacation — it’s structured personal development built around longevity, data, and sustainable productivity.

The full cost is €1,799 (VAT included) and covers all sessions, testing, materials, accommodation, and meals. The organizers can provide an official invoice for professional or learning expenses.I’m confident this experience will help me operate at a higher level — with better focus, resilience and long-term energy. Happy to send over the invoice format if helpful.

Thanks so much for considering it,
